ShockLog
Surveillance for your Shipment

You spend millions of pounds on the research and production of a product for a valued customer. Once the product is packed and ready for shipping, you send it on to its destination in workable condition. Can you guarantee it will reach your customer in that same condition? Containers can take quite a pounding at sea in rough weather, air freight can be just as destructible during turbulence and, on damaged roads, trucks can receive heavy knocks. Furthermore, travelling from country to country, temperatures can range from -30 to +55 degrees C, which will dramatically affect the condition any shipment. By the time your commodities have reached their destination a variety of issues may have occurred that affects their ability to perform at their best.

If you had the ability to monitor your goods in transit to their destination and check the shock, vibration, temperature and, even, humidity that occurred during its journey, you could tell if there has been any permanent or temporary damage that could, potentially, be restored with more ease and with reduced expense.

Lamerholm have almost 30 years providing practised expertise in the design and development of shock recording devices assisting companies all across the world in damage prevention for the shipping and handling process.

Each ShockLog has been developed for different levels of use and with the relevant companion labels firstly acts as a visual deterrent for poor mishandling which is then backed up by a detailed analysis for a complete breakdown of events. User adjustable alarm thresholds will alert couriers or end users should the product have been mishandled.
